My artistic practice has become shape based. There are no identifiable images or bodies, nothing nameable. I aim to present things, not represent things; to construct mental maps where organic forms and archetypal symbols form alliances and affinities, often through chance and accident. I believe the actual structural joins between elements may not be so much physical as they are mental and emotional in nature.
